I know that Polski Slowiki is no longer together but I can't find any of their CD's. None of the Amazon sites carry them. If anyone knows where I can get my hands on some I would appreciate the information.
The Polski Slowiki were reformed and are now named Poznanski Chor Chlopiecy. They have one album that I know of under their new name called, In monte Oliveti recorded in 2008.
If you can find it, the want you would want first in my opinion is an album called "Dennis". Dennis, the Head Choirboy at the time is one of the top dozen Treble Voices of all time in my opinion.
When I started looking for Boy Choir Music I encountered a problem right away. Web sites that sell the CDs often don't tell us what they are about. They don't always give reviews and often they don't list the tracks so purchasing can be risky.
I can't always afford to waste money on something I won't like so it's helpful to have at least a little information about a CD before buying.
If there is any value to this blog it may be that someone can use it to research a potential addition to their music collection.
At this time I have posted 140 times and most of the writings are about particular CDs. I hope it helps.
